Initial Inquiry

In order to start the process please fill out our inquiry form to help us better understand your proposed project. Once submitted, a member of our team will evaluate the project and contact you in due course.

Evaluation of Request

No $ Required
Due to the attention and commitment we devote to every project, RTC Renovations cannot provide a quote on every request. We will evaluate your request and advise if we can take on your proposed project or if we may have to regrettably decline due to location, budget, scope of work, etc.

Site Visit

No $ Required
In order to move forward with an initial estimate, our Project Manager will arrange to meet with you at the proposed job site. One of our project managers will arrange to work with you to gather all required information to create a preliminary proposal.

Preliminary Proposal

No $ Required
A preliminary proposal is created and presented. This preliminary proposal will give you a solid indication as to the cost of the proposed project discussed. If the preliminary proposal is approved we will move forward to the next step.

Site Measure & Project Deposit

$ Required
RTC Renovations will arrange for a site measure of the existing home in order for permit drawings to be created. At the time of the arranged site visit the project deposit will be collected. This project deposit will cover the pre-construction costs including drawings, permits and any other documents that must be drafted for city submission. The initial meeting will be approximately 1 hour and at this point a discussion between our Project Manager and our Designer will take place.

Concept Plan Presentation

No $ Required
During this meeting, the initial concept drawings will be presented and discussed. Any potential revisions to the concept drawings will be finalized before proceeding to the next step.

Scope of Work

No $ Required
With the completed concept drawings, RTC Renovations will work to create a detailed scope of work for the proposed project. An additional meeting with our trusted subcontractors may be required to help complete the scope of work. Once the scope of work is completed, we will arrange a presentation date to discuss the scope of work and final budget for the proposed project.

Final Approval

NO $ Required
If the scope of work and final budget is approved and the decision to go ahead with the job has been established, RTC Renovations will work with you to schedule a date to begin your project.

Start of Work

$ Required
Congratulations! Your project has officially begun. The first of multiple pre-established milestone payments will be billed.
