Our Amazing Team
Meet the team at Robert Thompson Contracting! Each member of the RTC team embodies our Core Values in the workplace, but also in their personal lives. They are all kind-hearted, well-intentioned individuals who strive for happiness and a healthy balance between work, family and play. Without them RTC would just be a name. Along with our client partners, these people give RTC its heart and soul.
Tyler is RTC’s longest serving employee. His dedication and methodical approach to his work has been crafted over the last 15 years in the trade. Tyler’s demand for the fine details is the driving force behind RTC’s outstanding reputation in the industry. Tyler truly cares; he listens and gets to know our clients. This allows him to do the best work possible for each of our unique client partners.
Tyler believes in having fun at work and at home. He loves the outdoors, his family and his wife and 4 kids. When he’s not working to improve your home you can find him fishing, hunting, camping or playing sports.
Tyler’s ability and desire to learn ensures he will be a fixture with RTC for a long time to come.
Shane is RTC’s most recent addition. He brings invaluable experience managing large scale residential remodels and additions. His multi faceted skill-set, and knowledge of the trades makes him a potent and flexible asset for RTC and our client partners.
Shane and Tyler are actually brothers-in-law. This family first atmosphere is an important aspect of what makes RTC so special. Shane enjoys camping and kayaking and the outdoors as a whole. He is a loving, devoted father to Lexi and Aaron (and one on the way☺) and husband to Crystal.
Jamie adds the WOW factor to RTC’s projects. His taping skills, laser sharp cut lines and magic touch with a paint sprayer guarantees all of the carpenters work is showcased and ready to be photographed. Jamie completes RTC’s team. His versatile talents, charming personality and dedication to perfection allow RTC to offer full scale residential renovations and additions completed from start to finish.
Like the rest of the RTC team, Jamie is passionate about serving and satisfying our client partners, his family and improving himself as an individual. Oh, did I mention he also does all of RTC’s graphic design work?! Yes, outside of RTC Jamie also runs a successful graphic design business on the side. Somehow he still finds the time to be a devoted and loving Dad to Kaleigh and partner to Sarah.
