Our house had some problems related to an addition the previous owner had built. We hired Chad to remove the exterior floor (foundation on piers) and insulation and re-insulate/seal properly. Chad was very professional and great to work with. So far so good, the house has been much more comfortable this winter, and hopefully we'll be seeing less spiders and other pests next fall!
